Coverage not working with Pest v3 Mutations in Laravel Package

when I run

herd coverage vendor/bin/pest --mutate

in my root directory the tests work as expected

but when I run them in a custom laravel package located in a subdirectory /packages for example it does not seem to work.

It does not recognizes the test coverage...

When I manually do what the mutation does the test fails - what is correct in this case. But running

herd coverage vendor/bin/pest --mutate

does not work.

I testet the same test in the laravel root and in the laravel package. In the root directory the coverage changes and in the subdirectory it is not.
