Ability to toggle dump-window

I really love my paid Herd subscription, and I’ve recently started using shortcuts in combination with the dumps feature.

Currently, it’s only possible to open the dumps window and clear it, and both work great.

However, it would be even better if there were a shortcut that could both hide the dumps window (when it's open) and open it (when it's closed). Spatie Ray had this functionality in the past, and I was immediately hooked.
