Site Information not showing

I installed herd without getting any errors. After installation I added my projects folder to herd and all the sites were displayed. Both the general and information tabs were displaying information about the site. I was unable to open the site initially, but that was because Kaspersky was blocking Herd. After adding Herd to trusted apps the problem was gone. However the Information Tab in sites is no longer working and display "No site information available" message. Even newly added sites with Add button give the same message. Can someone guide how to debug/resolve the issue.
