Temporarily Disable of a Site

"How could i not have this site running for now without deleting it?"

That's the question i currently do and get no answer. There's no button or something else that enables a user to not make nginx deal with an application that you're not currently/recently developing.

I personally don't tasted yet if the impact in consuming of resources by a computer is drastically affected depending on the amount of applications as sites - and i haven't found information over what happens under the hood -, but if depending on the amount of websites this can consume more memory uselessly, it'd be a feature suitable.
