Making the dump window draggable

I find the window popping up and showing stuff like logs and dumps very usefull. It saves me a lot of clicks to open up the dump or log-file I am expecting. But one little nuisance (at least under Windows) is that you cannot drag the window to a different location on your screen. The top bar is completely filled with a way too long search field (and useful options) making it impossible to click on it and drag it to somewhere else.
Small but annoying :-)
