Herd and APM compatibility

First of all, I would like to say that I am quite new to this topic, so sorry if something doesn't make sense 😅

I would first like to investigate my app's performance on my local machine. Yesterday, I tried to install New Relic but without any sucess. At this point, I'm unsure whether the issue is a compatibility problem with Herd or if I'm making something wrong, I am working to identify and eliminate potential causes 🙈
