FR: let user edit multiple localizations of a text at one time

Just brainstorming:

Let user click on a "localize" button
Let user select the languages (maybe user preference for default?)
Open a dialog with all languages as tabs
As long as a text hasn't been entered, mark tab red
If a text is entered, mark tab green

Provide option to either directly input it to tiny or copy the generated code to clipboard.

Clipboard because one may finetune the HTML before pasting the localization code.
