drpc support

For drpc the official recommendation was to use:
https://github.com/drpcorg/public/blob/main/chains.yaml

Perhaps makes sense to use: https://drpc.org/api/trpc/chains.queryPublicBlockchainsAndNetworks?batch=1&input=%7B%7D as this way we don't need to work with yaml
