Create separate PT-USDe icon with its own aliases

For now we added PT-USDe-31JUL2025 in PT-eUSDe's aliases.

• replace svg icon for PT-eUSDe. svg icon referance Current implementation misses that round symbol at the bottom right corner (see the link)
• create a separate icon for PT-USDe svg icon referance
