Track the product UX direction for making Calciforge feel like a state-aware control surface between a person, agents, channels, and the security gateway.

Initial scope

• Improve !status to explain active agent/session/model, channel identity, gateway health, and pending approvals.
• Standardize command nouns and recovery copy.
• Add capability-aware channel-native controls where safe.
• Explore a local web control surface for identities, agents, sessions, approvals, and blocked requests.
