What is this issue about?

Currently, the ConfigService is hardcoded in the app. This limits you to working only with the official Safe Config service. However, there has recently been growth in chains that are running their own Safe{Wallet} instances and want to use this SafeApp, which is very useful.

It would be great if the config service URL could be overridden via a query string parameter.
