A question on assembly

Thanks for all your hard work on your LoCHAid PLOS ONE - on top of that, thanks for being so willing to share your knowledge. This is amazing!

Do you happen to have a set of easy instructions? :) I am somewhat an intermediate/beginner at soldering and electronics, but I would love to expand my skillset a bit with something as practical as this project. I and members of my family have various degrees of hearing loss, so I have a vested interest.

In the downloaded zipfile, it is not clear to me what the .STL, .BRD and .dwg files are, or how to use them.

Hey just FYI, I haven't downloaded the files myself but .stl is usually a 3D printer file. As in, what you give to a 3D printer to make a part. .BRD is an EAGLE file, which is what you draw circuit board schematics in. .dwg is an AutoCAD drawing file format. Could be any (probably 2D) drawing.

Also, in general you can Google file extensions for tips on what they are used for and what you need to open them, for future reference.
