Ability do elide `help-message`

Hi!

I tend to appreciate silent REPL startup processes and accordingly `[Rebel readline] Type :repl/help for online help info` bothers be a bit.

I'd appreciate if the related `println` could be elided, depending on e.g. a Java system property.
