Road to community review - Secondary priorities

Here is a list of actions left to be done for BEP028, but this can be during or shortly after community review:

• [examples] modify one bids-example to show a prov/[prov-<label>] subdirectory
• [general] verify that one can describe provenance in an equivalent way as the old-fashioned GeneratedBy in dataset_description.json
• [validator] provenance files are considered as sidecars #172
• [examples] use fragments in one example
• [spec] consistent use of Ids in the examples throughout the spec and with the ones used in the bids-examples
• [spec] modify examples of dataset_description.json using the old fashioned GeneratedBy
• [BIDS-Prov code] environments as entities in bids-examples
  • environments in provenance files should be aggregated to the environments array
  • merge.py: pybids is searching for a GeneratedBy.Name to validate derivative datasets (it is hardcoded)
  • visualize.py: visualize is linked with the context in the BIDSProv project (which is not up to date)
