Add CuratedBy metadata field to `dataset_description.json`

Add CuratedBy to dataset_description.json to more accurately describe contributions of data organizer/converter etc etc.

I like the idea, because it would disambiguate the Authors field that we currently have.

List of individuals who contributed to the creation/curation of the dataset.

Then Authors could be just those who contributed to the creation of the dataset. And curation could be more specific.

perhaps the contributor section of this dandi schema may give some inspiration or pause in adding one role at a time. here is an example: https://api.dandiarchive.org/api/dandisets/000026/versions/draft/ - also note that the last element of that list is an organization.

Long term the ncontributor is nice but as a curator this can be tricky the track down - on the other end this proposal is a quick solution to implement no breaking any backward compatibility

BIDS has generally permitted unspecified metadata, so it seems to me that unless this conversation goes in the direction of "We need this field, but we will use a different name", then it would be safe for a database to use it internally without creating the potential for conflict in the future. And in that direction, I think "Curators" would be more consistent with "Authors".
