add further type checks to catching errors, and then immediately ts-ignore the issues.add because thats poorly typed. Update Deno.run to Deno.Command. Removes stubfile validators/isBidsy.ts.

bump github workflows to use deno v2

do we really need to specify --node-modules-dir=auto for these deno commands?

allow-env during build step.

why does installing std library require special permissions?

build needs to run git, set --allow-run

should of just -A'd it eh?
