Add support for encoded path in URL

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

• To test Chart Dynamic Inset block in automation, script not able to embed chart.
• We are passing chart URL in encoded format and encoded URL blocked by apache config.

Describe the solution you'd like

• We should find way to enable encoded URL by changing apache config/.htaccess
• Do change in plugin code to not pass encoded URL (Not preferable)
