feat: Close button should close modal even in the 3 seconds lock #83
Description
When a new user is selected, it should be possible to close the modal with the close button, even though it's in the lock state. The idea is that if the user is willing to click the close button, they should have seen the selected user for that round and is conscious of that decision (as opposed to simply click the overlay accidentaly)
