[3.0] Cyrillic text added by Text tool is unreadable on additional format (mp4 video) record

Describe the bug
When adding on-screen Cyrillic text over the presentation during a conference by Text tool, this text is displayed correctly on a recording in the default webm (presentation) format. But on a recording in the optional mp4 (video) format, the same text is centered and extends (oversized) beyond the screen, making it unreadable in recorded video.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start recording the conference.
2. Click on 'Text tool' and put it in the desired place on the presentaion.
3. Type or paste any Cyrillic text (just a few lines), format it as you want.
4. Stop recording, see the recorded mp4 (video) file.

Expected behavior
Cyrillic text formatted and aligned exactly like any Latin.

Actual behavior
Cyrillic text oversized and centered on mp4 video record, but shown correctly on default webm presentation record/

It looks like an incorrect font is being used in the recording video. I think the font used by tldraw in the live session has changed in BigBlueButton 3.0 (possibly the new font includes Cyrillic glyphs?) but the old font is still being used by the video generation tool.

It looks like an incorrect font is being used in the recording video.

Incorrect text center alignment in the optional mp4 (video) format is still present in any font, not just Cyrillic. In the default webm (presentation) format, the text alignment is the one set in the settings.

Yes - it looks like there is a combination of 3 problems:

• The font size is incorrect (too large)
• Text alignment is incorrect (centered, when it should be left-aligned)
• The wrong font is used.

It looks like there were some changes made to the whiteboard made when going from BBB 2.7 to BBB 3.0 (related to a newer version of tldraw) but the video generation tool was not updated to match.
