Maintenance Banner can't be dismissed on mobile device

In mobile view the Icon and the close-button of the maintenance banner disappear.
I was not able to make it go away... I tried swipe it away (didn't work)

My assumption is... that the banner is too wide...

Because the banner blocks the toggle Menu... it makes the webapp virtually unusable

This bug has been introduced trough the feature "Allow html tags in maintenance banner" when the "closeOnClick" prop was set to false (to be able to click on links inside the Banner I assume)... before that you could dismiss it although the banner being too wide (unreachable close button)
