Using CRAM files

Are there any plans for DECA to support the use of CRAM files?

Hi @katherinef! I believe DECA should currently work with CRAM files, as is. Have you run into any issues when using CRAM files with DECA? If so, let me know and I'd be glad to look into the issues.

Thanks, that's great. I get the error: java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException: empty.reduceLeft when running with CRAM files.
