MiniRPS and Merlin

I read all the htmx essay articles and was fascinated.

I've been trying for years to completely abandon the big tech frameworks

I am the author of two projects that +- are aligned with your work philosophy

MiniRPS is a reverse proxy written in rust, it would be +- a very simplified version of apache+PHP but using minijinja as a template engine, it is a single binary without dependencies capable of consuming any API in the backend with an extremely simple configuration, in the examples I implemented:

• web interface for terminal commands
• web interface for periodic table JSON data
• web interface for the StarWars swapi API

the other project I would like to present is the Merlin JS framework

Before abandoning the text and starting to insult me, let me try to explain why it's relevant

• a single HTML file without build steps
• templates are valid HTML
• javascript can be used to implement the concept of islands and locality of behavior
