I'd like some feedback global view transitions PR I did

Hi there,

A few months ago, I raised a PR around adding global view transitions #2873. Since then I've noticed that it has become the most liked PR:

I think because I came at this a little bit rogue, it may have slipped under the radar of some of the core maintainers. Partly I was raising this to facilitate a discussion around different approaches to this idea. I'd like to continue this work to help bring this to HTMX because I think it completes navigating with view transitions and would be prepared to put in a few hours for it.

Would love to chat with any of the core maintainers a bit more closely about this work
