TFT Touch Mode with Octoprint Freezes #88

Hey guys, so after an exhaustive search for the past couple of months, I still have a minor issue...
I have the SKR Mini e3 v3 with the TFT35 v3.01 display and the issue I am still having is while in Touch mode, when I use Octoprint, the TFT will not Tune steps during print or freezes, but I am able to keep the print going from Octoprint and finish. Then I have to shutdown and restart the printer. If its in Marlin mode, it works perfectly fine. I was also getting the Busy Please wait issue before but I fixed that and no longer getting it, but still freezing randomly but not as often when I was getting the Busy message.
Anyone have any idea's as too what I am missing?
