BTT TFT35 E3 V3.0.1 will not connect to the main board.

I'm using the BTT TFT35 E3 V3.0.1 GD and an SKR Mini E3 V3 with a RPi4. I used Kiauh to install mainsail, moonraker, klipper and fluidd. All of that is working well. I then went to install the screen. When I first installed the screen I got it to connect. The screen would make the sound when buttons were pressed, but nothing would work on the printer. I tried moving the 3 axes, and turning on the bed and hotend, and nothing happened. I then updated the firmware and now it constantly gives me the error of 'No Printer Attached'. Attached are the relevant files I'm using. I hope I've shared everything correctly, I've very new at all of this.

You must enable the TFT serial port on the printer.
You must set the same communication speed on the display as you set on the printer.
The display is optimized for Marlin.
Other systems are supported only partially or not at all.
