btt tft35 v3 overheating

Hi :)
Just purchased my first fdm printer (Creality Cr-10)
Previous owner has done some work to it. But it has its flaws. As soon as i power on the printer, chip on the tft35 is starting to heat up like crazy. Just after a minute is reaching around 95C. At a certain point it just freezing. Can it be just firmware issue? Or maybe its drawing too much power?
Configuration:
BTT tft35 + SKR v1.4 Turbo
Its all plugged in to 24v 25A psu

Its weird becouse the screen works fine. to a certain degree. Today i have put a radiator on it and plugged a 5v fan next to it. temp of the radiator stabilized at 45C. And everything seemed to work. I also ordered another one on amazon to see if temps will differ
