BTT TFT35 E3 V3

Hi, for some reason i can`t use the disarm all function as its greyed out. The latest firmware is v27 via the info button.

The screen is connected to the BTT SKR Mini E3 V3 via the black ribbon. Could there be something in the controller board 

firmware that`s causing this. Any help would be great.
