Animation freezes every 2-3 in Android

Generally frame rate is high. Average MsSinceLastUpdate more less 60 ms, but sometimes increases to 250-500 for a while.
I reduced size of bitmaps, but generally nothing happens. No difference physical phone or simulator.
Looks like some process (Garbage Collector ????) freezes process.
On Windows everything works perfect.

Are you allocating things in Update or Render that would cause the GC to be busy?

Problem occurs even on sample project, but is less visible due shorter time. My scene is much complex so Update after GC is much longer. It definitely looks like GC issue.
