last_updated missing #175
Description
"last_updated" is a required attribute, but for https://api.mobidata-bw.de/ocpdb/api/public/v1/locations?source_uid=chargecloud_tuebingen only the first location has this attribute, the other 79 do not. Static locations like those in https://api.mobidata-bw.de/ocpdb/api/public/v1/locations do not have this attribute at all.
