buildable?

Is the current version buildable? I haven't had any luck unfortunately with either the source or the released Windows executable. Win10, BuildTools and SDK installed, Python 3.8.1

The executable:

This is as far as I get with the source:
$ python apk_mass_install.py -i apk Apk Mass Installer Utility Version: 3.0

Hey @dajo sorry for the delay, I have been inactive for a while, it's true there is something wrong with this build I will try to fix it soon
