Notes for how to build releases, how to clean the build, and manually build your own beast package zip to be shared with all new and current developers.

Developer guide is outdated - tutorial instructions still uses the old Gradle build.
Please note: The Phylonco project now uses Maven to build.
Updating of documentation and developer notes are required to keep resources up to date for all current and new students.
