1.14.10 - DI - Rmin and Rmax are not applied to the first diffraction pattern

In single image mode, when we load the first image in the sequence and apply Rmin and Rmax, these parameters are not getting applied to the first image, and will be applied to the following images when we select Persist R-min, R-max, ROI option.

This is true for all the datasets I have tried so far.

R-min R-max and ring selection settings are not being stored and cannot be restored if the session/image is closed and reopened. This is essential, as forgetting these settings between sessions will be difficult for users to perform new analyses.
