Several participants have reached out to the help account because they took breaks while completing the FFQ and their session timed out after a period of inactivity. When this happens FFQ is closed and mark as complete, regardless of the level of completion.
- We should add text in the participant interface indicating that the session will time out at 90min, so FFQ should be completed in one session.
- Can a feature be included in the website where participants can go back to edit/complete the FFQ. I believe Viocare supports the ability to save and return without submitting, at least for their website survey.
