New analysis: pathways algorithms from ChannelsDB

Add CAVER and MOLE algorithms for the calculation of channels, pores and tunnels as seen in ChannelsDB.

Both use web server for the calculations. Mole has a command line tools available but when you downnload it it seems it is only for windows: https://webchem.ncbr.muni.cz/Platform/App/Mole
