Make welcome screen more attractive

Welcome screen is the first thing new users see when they open Orange. However, its design has not been updated in a while.
Options:

• replace pastel colors with the new, punchy ones
• redesign the welcome screen entirely (only recent workflows displayed,
• remove welcome screen altogether

I vote for a complete redesign.

1. New workflow button is redundant.
2. Recent can probably display three recent workflows, similar to PyCharm.
3. Get Started link is off and not really useful. Remove
4. Better expose Examples: 1-3 beginner workflows to click on.
5. Rename Documentation to Widget catalogue.
6. Rethink Video tutorials. Now it shows the old playlist. Perhaps this needs updating, too?
