🐛 Memory leak in Intellij plugin

Description

Over time, biome.exe fills all of our RAM. The project is not small, but not enormous either, the CLI check command has no issues. Only when we have the plugin enabled in Webstorm, it just fills the ram, and we need to kill biome.exe manually.

Coding around 10-20 minutes results in biome.exe eating all our RAM.
