Add search functionality

Now that GritQL is integrated into Biome, I wonder if it would be useful to have a syntax-aware search function similar to the GritQL extension.

I don't have a strong opinion on this either way, but if people are interested in the functionality I'd be happy to contribute it over from the Grit extension.

I also think this would be a good DX improvement. Interactively being able to preview what code does and doesn't match a query in one's own code base is compelling.

That being said, I'm curious as to how this is currently implemented in the gritql extension. What does the workflow look like? Are we able to hook into the search tab in vscode for this? I'm not familiar with how vscode extensions work and what they are capable of, so forgive me if I'm asking something silly

AFAIK, we cannot hook into the search tab.

The Grit extension uses a Grit file as the input. For the output, we could create a custom webview that lists all matches, and highlight the matches in the currently opened document (if any).

Yeah the current approach is to allow you to search from a .grit file.

Personally I think the optimal would probably actually be a custom sidebar which is visually similar to the built-in search but accepts syntax patterns instead.

The nice thing with the file is you get syntax highlighting for free.
