Ability to disable schema version check

Hey,

Everytime when Dependabot updates Biome I end up in:

biome.json:2:13 deserialize 
  ⚠ The configuration schema version does not match the CLI version 2.2.2

      │                    ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

I tried setting up a GitHub Action which automatically fixes this, but it seems not worth the time. Therefore it would might make sense that we can disable this behaviour. Between patch/minor it should be fine that the link is not 100% right.

We highly discourage this kind of set up. Due to the nature of the tool, even a patch can generate new diagnostics and fail the CI.

Maybe we could reduce the severity of that diagnostic to Information, if that could help you. However, I wouldn't want to remove it .
