Expected result

I was using this rule to enforce importing .ts files as .js files. The reason I was doing this was because in my monorepo setup, the way we build packages causes .ts imports to not work for consumers of that package (feels like something my bundler should handle, but it doesn't).

The problem also exists on CSS imports. When enabling the forceJsExtensions option, the CSS imports are signaled as linter errors. Worse, the --write option changes the CSS imports to JS imports which brokes the app.
