Latest release does not have grit-installer.sh

Hi,
Running curl -fsSL https://docs.grit.io/install | bash is failing - I think the latest release is not a valid release?

Can you please change the latest release back to the previous version, as our GHAs are failing?

A CLI release...

• without the alpha suffix
• with a fat tarball of all the submodules

... would be even better for downstreams!
