Following a discussion about EFO CHEBI compound mappings
([link](https://obo-communitygroup.slack.com/archives/C01BDKWDS91/p1750078866269259)).
We used a Gilda based workflow to generate 145 candidate mappings. The
script used to generate these mappings is available
[here](https://github.com/gyorilab/mapnet/blob/main/scripts/generate_efo_chebi_mappings.py).
