Add overall title to comparison plots #40

Right now, the comparison plots look like
which is great! However, I've been running a lot of them, and it would be nice to have an overall title on the plot that says what it is we're comparing. If it said, "Comparison plots for [filename]", that'd be great, if you still have access to the file name. If not, the name of the SED-ML file (or files) could work.
