Deleting Banner when deleting an ontology

When one delete an ontology, the banner is automatically deleted. It would be great to have a massage asking: do you also want to delete the banner? Yes NO.
When we delete an ontology to make a clean reupload, it si cumbersome to have to rewrite the full banner.
