Is there a way to develop an automaker app? for car control.

If you can get a entitlement for an automaker app (com.apple.developer.carplay-protocols), I can help. Those are not advertised and only given out to automakers. I guess it will be similar to MapTemplate, with full react renderer for custom UI.
