transactions via Lightning

Hello, does anyone know when it will be possible to make transactions via Lightning?

There are some plans to allow trading with lightning in Bisq 2, but first layer 1 multisig needs to be implemented in bisq 2.
It's not a plan for the near term, lightning has several technical challenges as it does not have multisig.
