Bisq constantly asks to resync the DAO.

Description

Bisq keeps asking to resync the DAO; I click "Go to DAO" and it asks to restart, but then it shows the message again.

Steps to reproduce

Expected behaviour

We hope it will remain stable after the resynchronization.

Actual behaviour

It asks to resynchronize again, even though I've already done so.
