Missing public stream api client

Not sure if this repository is still under development or deprecated but Public stream API described Here is not supported in this library.

It would be nice to have a client similar to Binance's SpotWebsocketStreamClient.

Websockets are not supported by the library.

If you are using python, please refer to api-docs and implement your own using websocket-client, for example.

We have accepted your request for WebSocket support for this repository and will consider it.
