Easily replace RG design system

As a developer, I want to be able to easily inject custom themes so that I can keep developing in the same codebase without major refactors

RG design system does not allow for easy custom theme styling on root level (https://chakra-ui.com/docs/styled-system/customize-theme)

Technically, the RGDS provider import Chakra Provider so replacing the providers should work, except for components like the Card.
