Remove step from float

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The steps in float property is kind of awkward.

1. I don't expect anyone to actually click on the spinbox to adjust float value.
2. you'll have to manually set it to 0 every time you create a new float property so it doesn't accidentally clamp your number and make you think it's a bug.

remove steps from float property settings.

set the default value for steps to 0.
