limit not working as expected

when i choose limit option it doesn't limit the user and it block it although i give him 5gbit i hope to fix that as soon as possible.

try adding --download to the "limit" option and see the result. Limiting upload rate creates troubles in most cases.

Oh, and make sure ipv4 forward is enabled
